Hours of operation, 7:00AM to 11:00PM; however, guests who are inside the casino are welcome to stay and play until 2:30AM Entrances will be limited to the Casino Main Entrance and Mall Entrance Face coverings are required by team members and guests. Been going to Harrah's Cherokee since 1980. I am a smoker who loves to smoke and gamble.Wrong, they changed policy earlier in the year and made an Indian casino non -smoking! Now don't get me wrong, there should be some non-smoking casinos or a non-smoking floor in every casino but quit trying to make every casino non-smoking.

What form of identification is considered valid?
SkyCity accepts the below as form of identification:
- A current New Zealand or overseas passport
- A current New Zealand or overseas photo driver license
- A current Hospitality Association (HANZ) 18+ card
- Any other current ID with a photo, date of birth, and which is the product of a government institution.
How can I sign up for Premier Rewards?
Signing up to Premier Rewards is free. Provided you are over the age of 20 and not excluded from entering SkyCity's premises you can sign up at the Premier Rewards Station at the Casino.

At SkyCity there are two ways to control your gambling: Self-identified exclusion and Third Party Exclusion. Skycity Auckland Easter Hours Of Operation
With Easterholidays commencing from tomorrow, SKYCITY Aucklandannounces special hours of operation for Good Friday (March25) and throughout the weekend (through to Monday 28 March2005).
By law casinos and most bars and restaurants mustclose on Good Friday and as such SKYCITY’s main gamingfloor, Pacific Room, PLAY and Alto bar and Casino will beclosed from 11:30pm on Thursday 24 March and will reopen atmidday (with the exception of Alto which reopens a littleearlier at 10am) on Saturday 26 March.
Bar3 will alsoclose from midnight tomorrow night and will remain closedall of Friday to reopen on Saturday at 3pm. SKYCITY’s AtriumBar will be closed on Good Friday for a privatefunction.
SKYCITY’s restaurants (Orbit, Rebo Café,Observatory, Fortuna, Ming Court) will all remain open withnormal operating hours throughout the Easter break.
Easter entertainment will include ‘bunny’ entertainershanding out Easter eggs to customers throughout the complex.
